1. Who we are

Jornadas Consultoria LTDA (CNPJ 66.388.682/0001-60), based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this website, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD). Privacy contact: contato@jornadas.co.

As a small-scale processing agent, Jornadas is not required to appoint a data protection officer (Resolution CD/ANPD No. 2/2022 of Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority, ANPD, art. 11) and maintains this channel for communication with data subjects.

2. What data we process and why

Contact form: name, email, organization, phone (optional), reason for contact, solution of interest (if any) and message, used to reply and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal (LGPD, art. 7, V and IX).

Intersections newsletter and resources: email and organization (optional), used only to send you the Intersections newsletter or the resource you requested (for example, a PDF checklist) by email, based on your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I). Your subscription is only completed after you confirm your address through the link sent by email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every issue, by replying to any issue or by writing to contato@jornadas.co; consent can be withdrawn free of charge.

Website analytics: aggregated, cookie-free data used to improve the website (art. 7, IX).

Access logs: technical data such as IP address, date and time, kept for six months as required by Brazil’s Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet, Law 12,965/2014, art. 15).

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell data. Our processors are Cloudflare (hosting and statistics), Web3Forms (delivery of the contact and resource forms), MailerLite (subscription management and newsletter delivery; a company based in the United States that stores data in the European Union) and Google (email and meeting scheduling via Google Calendar). Some process data outside Brazil, under art. 33 of the LGPD.

4. How long we keep it

Messages: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe; after that, MailerLite keeps only a record of the unsubscription so that the address does not receive further issues. Web3Forms keeps a copy for up to 30 days.

5. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

6. Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability and information about sharing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the ANPD (LGPD, art. 18). Requests are free of charge, at contato@jornadas.co.

7. Security and updates

We use an encrypted connection and measures to protect data. Relevant incidents will be reported to data subjects and the ANPD. This policy may be updated; the version date is shown at the top.
